As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our properties in top condition.
Responsibilities
Perform inspections and preventative maintenance.
Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
Complete work orders promptly and professionally.
Maintain landscaping, curb appeal, and snow removal.
Provide emergency support after hours.
Ensure tools and equipment are in working condition.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
Ability to work in varied physical conditions and lift up to 75 lbs.
Strong problem‑solving and customer service skills.
