Warehouse Worker

Gypsum Management and Supply Position Summary The primary function of the Warehouse Worker is to manage warehouse maintenance, shipping and receiving, product storage, and delivery setup, ensuring operational efficiency and safety compliance.
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain health and safety compliance in accordance with company policy.
Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling accurate materials, and placing them in the appropriate area for customer pickup or delivery.
Load and unload trucks as necessary.
Maintain inventory controls by minimizing material damage and ensuring order accuracy.
Organize the warehouse and manage bin locations.
Establish, maintain, and promote high standards of customer service.
Lift up to 50 pounds, walk or stand for most of the shift, and wear protective gear and steel‑toed boots.
Ensure equipment is maintained to company operating standards.
Operate forklift and other warehouse machinery as required.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma preferred.
One to three years of experience or more preferred.

Work constantly in a warehouse environment.
Required Cognitive Skills
Problem‑solve and prioritize tasks.
Manage stress based on task demands.
Multi‑task effectively.
Receive and process information.
Communicate solutions promptly if problems occur.
Demonstrate sound judgment and initiative.
