NEW White Hall branch located in White Hall, WV . As a Customer Service Representative at Clear Mountain Bank, you play a crucial role within our Retail Delivery System. Reporting to the Teller Supervisor, your main focus will be on providing exceptional service to customers through handling various banking transactions. Apart from your core responsibilities, you'll also be involved in sales activities aimed at attracting new customers and deepening existing relationships. By mastering the deposit account opening process, you'll contribute to the overall branch sales function. Additionally, you'll be responsible for cash balancing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and staying within drawer limits.
