AutoZone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! customer service, ensuring that customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. Store employees maintain well‑stocked inventory, assist customers with product selection, and provide expert advice to enhance the shopping experience. They play a vital role in driving sales, maintaining store operations, and fostering a positive, knowledgeable retail environment. Responsibilities
Deliver automotive parts to commercial customers in company‑provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries. Meet time and accuracy goals while following company policies and safety compliance guidelines. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules, manage returns and pickups from nearby stores or vendors. Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies. Maintain delivery vehicles, report any issues promptly, and stay updated on promotions and product knowledge through AutoZone systems. Qualifications
Minimum age 18 years old. Valid driver’s license and adherence to AutoZone driver safety requirements. Basic automotive parts knowledge and ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. You’ll Go The Extra Mile If You Have
High school diploma or GED. Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English. Previous automotive retail experience. Hazmat endorsement is a plus. About AutoZone
