Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you'll be part of the leadership team, driving profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. You’ll provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team, collaborate with other leaders to adapt strategies, and ensure smooth operational support as needed.
What You’ll Do
Support Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results and maximize profitability.
Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.).
Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
Assist recruiting, training and development efforts when needed.
Partner to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
Ensure the team exceeds goals and provides best‑in‑class customer service.
Lead fit sessions that boost product knowledge for associates.
Develop innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
Perform a variety of roles on the sales floor as required.
Who You Are
1‑2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty with strong problem‑solving skills.
Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Able to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds (18 kg).
