Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $22.00/hr
Position Overview
Operate deburring machines to remove sharp edges and burs from machined parts according to specifications. Equipment used includes deburr machine, small shop equipment, hand tools, calipers, and personal protective equipment.
Maintain a clean workspace and perform quality checks on finished components to ensure product quality standards.
Troubleshoot and help resolve problems.
Work safely, using appropriate safety equipment and following procedures.
Complete associated job-specific paperwork, logs, time sheets, etc.
Drive a company van twice daily to pick up and deliver production parts at our three local facilities in Salisbury, Maryland.
Qualifications Summary
US Citizen or permanent resident / Green Card Holder.
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license.
Basic understanding of machining processes and deburring techniques.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Work Environment Work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts requiring normal safety precautions typical of a manufacturing environment. Personal protective equipment is provided and must be used in designated areas. Work area is adequately lighted, heated and ventilated.
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
