Job Description Schedule: Monday‑Friday 2:00 pm–10:30 pm with some weekend work and overtime. This is an entry‑level manufacturing floor position that requires the ability to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as required.
Responsibilities include general housekeeping, clean up, sweeping, vacuuming, painting, lubrication (oiling, greasing, etc.), sample retrieval, power washing, lifting and hauling items up and down stairs, dump rework, operating a motorized forklift, and a variety of miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Related Experience:
Previous relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Equipment/Software Skills:
Basic computer knowledge – data entry.
Competencies
Be active and participate in efficiency and safety improvement teams.
Learn and follow written rules and procedures.
Produce accurate documentation.
Maintain acceptable attendance.
Must be willing and able to learn various positions.
Must fill in when needed in temporary/permanent vacancies.
Additional Information Physical:
Ability to lift 50lbs, climb stairs, lift, bend, kneel, stand for long periods of time, work in confined spaces, and work at heights.
