Maintenance Assistant

Position Highlights
Heavy duty cleaning, light grounds care, maintenance of institutional equipment. Keep records of work performed. Coordinate work with other departments so as not to interrupt patient care or normal business functions. Able to be on call for emergencies. Perform or direct duties concerning maintenance of grounds, parking lots, driveways, etc. (may include gardening, landscaping, cleaning‑up, snow removal, etc.) Experience
Maintenance experience preferred, not required. H‑VAC experience preferred, not required. High school graduate or graduate of a technical school. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals; knowledge of local codes, ordinances, and safety regulations. Benefits
