Job Summary
Join our team as an operator, looking for an operator with experience running large dozers (D8 and D9).
Location We are based in northern West Virginia, a large majority of our work is in NE, Ohio and SW Pennsylvania
Duties
Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, and other construction machinery to perform tasks including grading, digging, lifting, and moving materials
Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to execute project plans accurately and on schedule
Assist with site setup and cleanup activities, including positioning machinery and preparing work zones for upcoming tasks
Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment
Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, maintenance needs, and operational reports for project documentation
Requirements
Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment on active job sites with a strong understanding of construction processes
Mechanical knowledge sufficient to perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on machinery
Familiarity with operating various machinery including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and farm equipment
Preferred qualifications include experience in highwall remediation, mine reclamation, mass earth moving and clearing.
Pay: $28.00 – $60.43 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 — 60.0 per week
