Job Overview We are seeking a dependable
Forklift Operator
to join our team in a warehouse environment that specializes in container management and racking systems for large companies. The role involves operating a forklift for the majority of the shift while also performing occasional off‑fork tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently throughout most of the workday
Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks
Read and verify shipping paperwork to ensure correct containers are being sent
Manage incoming containers and racks that previously housed large company parts
Support warehouse organization and inventory flow using a racking system
Step off the forklift as needed for material handling or documentation tasks
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
Previous forklift experience required
Ability to read and follow paperwork and shipping documents
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials when not on the forklift
Reliability and strong work ethic
