PBNA $22.80 / hour (Full Time, Evenings). Warehouse Person (Loader) Position. This labor-intensive role involves hand building pallets of products for bulk, route, and truck loading and unloading. The position requires strict attention to order accuracy, shipper/receiver documentation, and compliance with warehouse instructions. Workers may operate a forklift and/or an electronic pallet jack, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and handle heavy loads of 20–45 pounds per case throughout the shift.

Primary Job Accountabilities:
Drive a power pallet jack or forklift to the picking area and build pallet/load according to the load sheet or voice pick audio equipment (if applicable)
Mark load ticket for out of stock items
Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished
Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked
Stage pallet and/or load into the truck when ready
Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets
Maintain proper housekeeping standards in the work area
Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance
Basic Qualifications:
18 years or older
Helpful Experience:
Experience working in a warehouse environment (order selector/picking, product staging, powered pallet jack/forklifts, etc.)
Experience driving a forklift (maneuvering forwards, backwards, lifting, lowering boom, operating in tight areas without damaging product)
Experience working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets (pulling/placing pallets on/off vertical racking, maximizing storage by stacking products vertically)
Experience working in a team environment (cooperating with co‑workers, joint problem solving)
