Job Description Pay Range: $30hr - $35hr

Requirements / Must Have

Time management skills required to ensure all tasks are completed without delay.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to work with various teams.

Mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical skills with the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment and machinery.

Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, diagrams, and equipment specifications.

Flexible and adaptable in working with a variety of equipment, processes, projects, or assignments.

Understanding and use of trades mathematics, calibration techniques, and precision measuring instruments.

Constant mental and visual attention required for moderately complex work demanding high accuracy and close tolerances.

Experience

Efficient experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical components.

Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams including complex automated system drawings.

Demonstrated aptitude in hydraulics and pneumatics.

Experience using multimeters.

Knowledge of sensor technology.

Basic plumbing experience (fluid and pneumatic).

Knowledge of power transmission systems such as gearboxes, motors, belt drives, and chain drives.

Experience in electrical troubleshooting of circuits ranging from low-level signals up to 480 VAC.

Responsibilities

Use a PC including MS Excel and MS Word to support maintenance activities.

Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and equipment specifications.

Apply hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge to resolve equipment issues.

Utilize diagnostic tools such as multimeters and precision measuring instruments.

Work with sensor technologies and automated system components.

Conduct basic plumbing tasks for fluid and pneumatic systems.

Work with power transmission components such as gearboxes, motors, and drive systems.

Troubleshoot electrical circuits up to 480 VAC.

Should Have

Troubleshooting experience with industrial control systems, including instrumentation, ladder logic, relay logic, VFDs, and servo systems.

Knowledge and proficiency in PLC operations, robotics, and vision systems.

Mechanical design experience using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.

Experience using SAP maintenance modules or equivalent computerized systems.

Basic skills using mills, lathes, welding equipment, and bearing presses.

Skills

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and precision measuring instruments.

Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting abilities.

Ability to interpret technical documentation and schematics.

Knowledge of automation components and sensor technologies.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualification And Education

Relevant technical training or education preferred.
