Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient
Bilingual Central Scheduler
to join our team in Sanford, United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing appointments, procedures, and resources across our healthcare facility, ensuring smooth operations and optimal patient care. Manage and maintain the centralized scheduling system for multi-disciplinary services. Coordinate patient appointments, procedures, and follow-ups using scheduling software Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and staff to schedule and confirm appointments. Resolve scheduling conflicts and make necessary adjustments to maximize efficiency Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies Collaborate with various departments to streamline scheduling processes Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the scheduling tracking system. Qualifications
Proven experience (2-3 years) in scheduling or related administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Excellent time management and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures preferred Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume scheduling Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service Additional Information
