Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system malfunctions. Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize production downtime. Install, calibrate, and test new equipment and machinery according to specifications. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory. Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement equipment improvements. Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for diagnostics and minor programming adjustments. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and ladder logic. Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). Minimum of 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) troubleshooting and basic programming. Experience with welding and fabrication (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick).
