Base pay range $19.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Starting Pay: $19.00/hr base + $0.50/hr shift differential (when applicable)

What You’ll Do

Clean, inspect, and perform basic maintenance on tools and dies.

Troubleshoot and repair tooling die issues as they arise.

Adjust and prep die to ensure proper alignment, fit, and performance.

Carry out routine preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

Keep your work area organized, safe, and ready for the next task.

Day-to-Day Expectations

Operate equipment safely and responsibly.

Complete simple documentation with accuracy.

Use problem‑solving skills to identify, diagnose, and correct issues.

Lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.

Follow all safety procedures, guidelines, and work instructions.

Special Safety Responsibilities

Wear proper PPE when handling hazardous materials.

Participate in required yearly training on chemical and waste handling.

Understand emergency procedures and the basics of spill control.
