Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faced role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and delivering best‑in‑class customer service, overseeing daily store operations including opening and closing routines, and driving efficiency in all store processes. They leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge. Assistant managers are talent leaders, overseeing recruiting, training, engagement and development, and are expected to show up, bringing their best selves every day to create an inclusive place of belonging for their team and customers.
