Finishing Operator – Digital Finishing Operator
1st Shift: 6am–2pm, Monday to Friday.
2nd Shift: 2pm–Midnight, Monday to Thursday.

What You'll Do
Set up and operate finishing machines to meet production goals.
Complete start-up checklists and follow job specs.
Inspect labels using a video monitor for quality and accuracy.
Flag and track defective labels.
Record label counts and complete simple production paperwork.
Keep your area clean and perform basic maintenance.
Communicate with the next shift about job or machine updates.
What You'll Bring
High School Diploma or GED.
1‑3 years of machine operation experience (printing or manufacturing preferred).
Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
Basic math and ruler‑reading ability.
Team-player attitude – willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.
