This position is offered by Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC with a base pay of $25.00/hr.
Job Description:
As an Apartment HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for repairing, servicing, and maintaining HVAC systems across apartment units, as well as handling other maintenance responsibilities like plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and unit make‑readies.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in occupied and vacant units
Prepare units for new residents (make‑ready/punch process)
Complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally
Repair major appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers
Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs
Maintain community curb appeal and cleanliness
Assist with renovation or property upgrade projects as needed
Qualifications:
EPA Universal Certification (Required)
Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in apartment maintenance or property management
Your own tools and HVAC gauges
Strong skills in HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and unit make‑ready/punch work
