Warehouse Associate – Capstone Logistics, LLC
Location: Robesonia, PA (Onsite)
Shift: 1st Shift – 3:30 am until finished, Monday through Friday
Compensation: Potential to earn $1,200+ per week ($700–$1,200 per week)
Job Overview Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
Responsibilities
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and clamp equipment safely.
Lift and carry 25–75 lbs.; materials handled vary.
Work in refrigerated and cold environment conditions.
Assist with inventory audits, repacking, palletizing, and housekeeping.
Follow all safety, quality and workplace standards.
Requirements
High-energy individual with a strong work ethic in a fast‑paced, very physical work environment.
Valid stand‑up forklift, pallet jack, and clamp experience.
Ability to lift 25–75 lbs and work in a cold environment.
Must have reliable transportation.
Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred; we are willing to train the right candidate.
