EGGER Wood Products is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator in the Particleboard Upgrading Department, you will be responsible for the precise cutting and packaging of particleboards using highly automated machinery. Your role will involve operating advanced equipment, performing quality checks, and working closely with team members to ensure the efficient material flow of particleboards.

Schedule:
12-hour rotating 7-7 swing shift (2-2-3) 2 weeks days & 2 weeks nights.

JOB FUNCTIONS
Operate and monitor high automated machinery involved in the cutting and packaging of particleboards.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the production process.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the production area.
Follow all Safety Rules and Standard Operating Procedures.
Background / Experience
Experience in clear communication.
Understanding and ability to work as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and ability to learn.
Experience with tools and machinery.
Demonstrate ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Work efficiently and manage time effectively.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time up to 12 hours.
Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
Reading computer screen or other electronic devices.
Use of various office hand and electrical tools or equipment.
