Experienced ABA Therapist - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Base pay range: $18.00/hr – $20.00/hr.

Location: 19241 David Memorial Dr., Suite 170A, Shenandoah, TX 77385. Locations throughout Houston and Central Texas.

Redefine your purpose and career at Cole Health. Join our award‑winning culture and watch yourself blossom. We are looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Paraprofessionals with at least 1 year of experience working with children with Autism.

Experienced candidates will undergo an RBT Competency Exam to determine starting pay based on experience. All RBTs will have competency levels reassessed every 6 months. Six competency levels exist, each with additional responsibilities, growth opportunities, and pay.

Job Responsibilities

Energetic individual who enjoys working with children with Autism.

Support kids with autism by implementing behavior support plans that teach functional language skills, developmental milestones, self‑help skills, self‑advocacy skills, social skills, and customized programs to put patients first.

Collaborate with the team and grow with feedback.

Receive direct support and clinical supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and staff.

Collect and summarize data as specified by the individualized treatment plan.

Maintain daily attendance critical for early intervention programs.

Applicant Backgrounds

Paraprofessionals, Direct Support Professionals, Life Skills Assistants.

Childcare Provider, Nanny, Babysitter, Preschool/Infant Teacher, Montessori Guide, Tutor, Substitute Teacher.

Mental Health/Autism Advocate, Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), Behavioral Health Technicians.

Camp Counselor, Childcare Volunteer, Sunday School Teacher.

Teaching, Special Education, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Development, Psychology degrees (college degree in any field preferred).
