Exterior Services Technician (USA) – Walmart
We’re looking for a dedicated Exterior Services Technician to join our team in Berlin, VT. In this role, you will maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and employees alike.
Base Pay Range $19.00/hr – $35.00/hr
Responsibilities
Conduct ground maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
Mow, trim, and prune to keep the exterior environment pristine.
Work alongside fellow associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance.
Adhere to safety, security, and integrity protocols and comply with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.
Age 18 or older.
Valid, state‑issued driver’s license.
Vocational or Technical Certification or 2 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, or Construction.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s Degree or similar certification in Engineering, Maintenance, or Construction Management.
Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) certification.
Experience with Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management credentials.
