Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role blending business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant Managers drive sales results by analyzing the business, delivering best‑in‑class customer service, and overseeing daily store operations—including opening and closing routines and process efficiencies. They lead creative initiatives such as floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge, and they act as talent leaders, handling recruiting, training, engagement, and development. With a promote‑from‑within philosophy, Assistant Managers will build on their foundation and grow into future store leaders.
