VP Racing is currently seeking to fill the role of Tradeshow/Event Asset Coordinator. The best candidate will be someone who is skilled in multi‑tasking with acute attention to detail. The candidate should possess strong decision‑making skills and the ability to work effectively both in a team setting as well as independently. See description below:

As one of the largest race fuel and consumer product brands in the world, VP Racing Fuels relies on the efficiency and effectiveness of our Trade Show & Event Assets Coordinator to make sure our team is prepared for success in the field. From our warehouses to the tradeshow floors, we depend on the focus and coordination of this role. You will pack trade show assets and sample product in accordance with best‑practice packaging procedures, while maintaining quality standards and efficiency. Our ideal candidate is exceptionally detail‑oriented and able to track and complete multiple facets of packaging for our many events throughout the year. By utilizing your strong communication skills and attention to detail, you’ll help us prepare for some of our industry’s biggest events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Marketing team and the Trade Show and Events group to prioritize your focus

Use the event asset lists as your guide for event packing and ensure that standard items, such as a tool box, zip ties, rubber bands, etc. are included for each event

Maintain records of our assets and inventory and alert the team when inventory is low or assets are damaged or need cleaned

Follow company packing procedures and standards to ensure that assets arrive at trade shows and events undamaged

Handle inventory with care and attention to detail

Set up and check all hardware assets before shipping to an event to ensure that all parts match and are included, such as a backdrop and accompanying lights, that there are no damages and that backdrops fit and table covers are the correct size

Upon return of assets from an event, set up and inspect hardware items to ensure they are in good working order and that cloth items are clean and undamaged

Make sure that assets are ready to ship by the necessary dates to ensure on‑time arrival to pre‑show warehouse

Maintain records of inventory levels for consumable assets, such as brochures and giveaways, and inventory and pictures of other assets such as backdrops, banners, stands, table covers, etc.

Adhere to safety programs and OSHA compliance for a safe work environment

Follow company safety policies and procedures, and encourage other associates to do the same

Ensure trade show orders are packed and moved carefully

Work at different stations as the need requires

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Detail oriented

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong organizational and planning skills

Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test

Education and Experience:

Demonstrated experience with organizing and packing with a high attention to detail

Work Environment:

Primarily work in warehouse

Some travel may be necessary
