Job Description We are seeking professional and detail-oriented Event Staff to support the planning, coordination, and onsite execution of a wide range of events. This role plays a key part in ensuring that each event runs smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest standard of service. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments where exceptional client and guest experiences are the priority.

Responsibilities

Assist with event setup, staging, and breakdown according to established plans and quality standards.

Support onsite coordination, guest flow, and logistics throughout the event.

Provide professional and attentive service to clients and attendees.

Ensure event spaces remain orderly, clean, and well-maintained at all times.

Coordinate with team members, vendors, and supervisors to ensure smooth event operations.

Respond to onsite needs and unexpected changes with professionalism and efficiency.

Uphold company standards, brand image, and safety protocols during all events.

Additional Information

Competitive annual salary of $47,000 – $51,000.
