Job Summary/Description: WDTV is looking for a Digital Content Producer. The role involves producing dynamic written content for the WDTV website, social media, and app. The successful candidate will work quickly on breaking news and bring creativity to storytelling. We value strong journalism and an atmosphere where we learn and grow daily through respect and collaboration.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Post stories to the website, app, and Facebook in a timely manner.

Monitor other news outlets, sister stations, and feeds for the latest news.

Work with the news team to decide on what stories to produce and report.

Create and post reels on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Assist with our new streaming news app—planning, producing, and scheduling.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Extreme attention to detail and solid news judgment are a must.

Knowledge of various news‑gathering tools and experience with social media.

A college degree in journalism or an equivalent field is preferred.
