Own customer (PX) education workshops and college-partner execution liaison, so clinics and events run flawlessly and generate meaningful customer and college engagement and outcomes.
Core Functions / Accountabilities
PX Workshop Management
— schedule Spring/Fall PX events; publish timelines; manage speakers/travel/hotels; ensure branded content and on-site readiness.
College & Clinic Liaison
— serve as point of contact to colleges/clinics; handle clinic training, communications, and stipend management.
Logistics, Set-Up & Package Tracking
— own end-to-end shipments (kits/booth/print), confirm deliveries.
Registration & Marketing Coordination
— coordinate with Marketing and CS to drive registration and ensure accurate attendee data; reconcile attendance vs. registration.
Reporting & ROI
— deliver post-event ROI reporting (attendance, costs, outcomes) and share survey insights with leadership within SLA.
Measurables (Scorecard)
PX attendance targets achieved by season
100% stipend/liaison requests processed on time
Zero missed shipments; all events pass setup checklist
Registration/attendance reconciliation within 48 hours post-event
ROI reports delivered within 1 week post-event with insights and actions
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate PX workshop speakers, travelers, and eligible customer travel; manage hotel negotiations and meeting‑space needs.
Collect final slide decks; confirm required slides/tools are included; support on‑site AV and timing/run‑of‑show.
Execute customer‑outreach efforts (calling radius, surveys, scripts) with Posture Specialists; prepare name tags and workshop kits per SOP.
Serve as College Liaison POC (account questions, Grad Pack orders, product guidance).
Summarize post‑workshop survey results; track trends and present recommendations.
Ensure each event adheres to company brand standards and provide feedback to event management, speakers and travelers.
Qualifications Qualifications (Required)
3–5+ years in event coordination, training/workshop delivery, or higher‑ed partner support
Strong logistics, communication, and customer‑service skills
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders (speakers, colleges, clinics, travelers)
Higher‑ed/college liaison or clinic‑operations experience
Volunteer/intern coordination for events; event‑tech/registration tools
Demonstrated ability to translate surveys/feedback into actionable improvements
