Executive Assistant (Administrative)
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trusted Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to our Chief Executive Officer. This role is critical to ensuring the CEO's time, priorities, and communications are managed with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and maintains strict confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a complex executive calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel, and events
Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, screening and prioritizing communications
Prepare and coordinate meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and follow‑up action items
Draft, edit, and proofread executive‑level correspondence and reports
Coordinate Board meetings, leadership meetings, and executive events
Track key initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications Required
5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive or C‑suite leader
Exceptional organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
