In addition, Genesis operates a strategically located

blend facility in Midland, TX , situated on 3.08 acres and housing a 12,750-square-foot facility designed to support Permian Basin operations with efficient, responsive service. This location enables faster turnaround times, streamlined logistics, and close coordination between production, customer service, and field operations—ensuring our customers receive reliable, high-quality products when and where they need them.

Role Overview

Genesis Custom Chemical Blending is seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Customer Service Representative

to join our Midland, TX team. This full‑time, on‑site role supports the Oil & Gas sector and serves as the first point of contact for internal and external customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrates strong communication skills, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full order process within our ERP system, including sales order entry, shipments, BOLs, and invoicing

Communicate customer needs to the production team and coordinate shipment schedules

Maintain and update order tracking documentation, including shipment timelines

Correspond with customers regarding order status, shipment updates, and service inquiries

Address and resolve customer requests or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

Maintain professional communication standards and uphold service quality expectations

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications

Minimum of

5 years of business experience

in a manufacturing environment; chemical industry experience preferred

Proven experience in customer service or customer support roles

Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette

Excellent organizational, time management, and multi‑tasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems preferred

Customer‑centric mindset with adaptability and a positive, service‑oriented attitude

Oil & Gas industry experience is a plus
