Customer Service Representative – Bar Harbor, ME

As the first point of contact for our customers, the Customer Service Representative is critical to our success. The role supports customers with daily financial needs and builds trusted relationships.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in identifying their financial needs and contribute to the success of the company by recommending additional products and services.
Recognize and seize opportunities to make referrals for loans, trusts, investments, insurance, and other exceptional services offered by the bank.
Gain an understanding of the banking industry and begin to contribute toward meeting branch goals in categories such as deposits and loans.
Build trusting relationships with individuals in the communities we serve.
Be an active participant in, and advocate for, community growth and prosperity.
Process transactions for customers in a prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
Provide exceptional customer service, reach effective resolutions, and follow through with customers for all inquiries.
Qualifications
Customer service experience and a working knowledge of Windows.
Enjoy being part of a fast‑paced, team environment.
