Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain Guest Services.
Support the Store Manager in store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and manage merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies.
Qualifications:
Prior retail and/or management experience.
Minimum age requirement of 18.
Physical demands: stand, walk, climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours per day.
Will work up to 38 hours per week.
