This role serves as a strategic partner to plant leadership, driving operational excellence and end-to-end supply chain integration across a high-volume medical device manufacturing environment. The Director will align supply chain strategy with plant performance goals, support long-term growth, and ensure the right customer experience by delivering products on time and in full to Hub DCs. Lead site supply review and capacity planning. Partner with global supply chain to align production requirements and mitigate site supply risks. Ensure capital and modernization initiatives are reflected in integrated supply chain planning. Drive site ERP system usage, ensuring timely transactions. Maintain raw material and component availability while mitigating obsolescence. Collaborate closely with Plant Manager and senior operations leaders to align supply chain strategies with plant performance, capacity expansion, and long-term operational goals. Act as a key contributor to plant-wide strategic initiatives, including productivity, quality, and cost optimization. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Lead cost optimization initiatives across procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Analyze and manage supply chain budgets, capital expenditures, and cost-to-serve metrics. Oversee purchasing of raw materials, components, MRO, and capital equipment. Develop future operations and supply chain leaders through mentorship and succession planning. Work Environment

Steel‑toe, non‑slip shoes are required for all associates on the production floor for safety. Supervision

The position supervises multiple managers, including Procurement/Planning Manager (direct reports 9), Outbound Supply Chain/Operations Manager (26 direct reports), Sterilization Supervisor (9 hourly direct reports), and Materials Flow Manager. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, industrial engineering, supply chain or logistics; Master’s or MBA preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 10 years in supply chain leadership roles. Experience leading a manufacturing site or large production operation. CPIM certification preferred; Lean or operational excellence experience preferred. Strong ERP/APS/MRP systems background; SAP and APRISO proficiency required. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget management, cost analysis, and financial forecasting. Physical Capacity Profile

Regular movement throughout the manufacturing plant, including warehouse, shipping, and sterilization areas. Exposure to warm temperatures, noise, moving equipment, and varying environmental conditions. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn in designated areas. Why Join Us
