Responsibilities The Director of Quality manages and directs, in cooperation with leadership, the facility's quality improvement program. This senior leader, together with the Chief Nursing Officer, leads the regulatory compliance program required to maintain accreditation with our various regulatory bodies: The Joint Commission (TJC), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and Ohio Mental Health Accreditation System (OHMAS).

The role involves overseeing quality improvement initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and safety. The Director will also represent the organization in accreditation reviews and address findings and action plans.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in health‑care administration, public administration, or related field; or a Registered Nurse; or a Master’s‑level social worker.

Professional License:

RNs must hold a current and valid Ohio RN license; social workers must have a current and valid Ohio LSW license.
