Responsibilities
The Director of Quality manages and directs the facility’s quality improvement program in cooperation with leadership. Together with the Chief Nursing Officer, the director leads the regulatory compliance program required to maintain accreditation with TJC, CMS, and OhioMHAS.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in health‑care administration or public administration
Registered Nurse (RN) with a current Ohio RN license
Social worker (LSW) with a current Ohio LSW license, or a Master’s‑level social worker
