Responsibilities
Support the daily front‑end operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Assist customers with transactions, returns, and refunds.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Stand for extended periods while servicing customers.
Qualifications
Experience in retail customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
