Front End Service Team Supervisor
Walmart is hiring a Front End Service Team Supervisor. This position is a full‑time role located at Walmart Supercenter #3243, 4524 Challenger Ave, Roanoke, VA 24012, US.
Compensation Base pay range: $21.00/hr - $34.00/hr.
Hourly wage: $21 – $34 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives, premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, and may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Employment type: Full‑time.
Available shifts:
Job Overview Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet and thank customers, process returns/refunds, and carry out financial transactions. The role may require standing for long periods of time.
