Job Overview Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. As a Front End Service Team Supervisor, you will lead a team that smiles, greets, and thanks customers, processes returns/refunds, and carries out financial transactions. You will be ready to help with customer questions and needs and may stand for long periods of time.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise Front End Service associates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage customer interactions, including greetings, returns, refunds, and financial transactions.
Maintain a positive customer experience and address customer questions.
Oversee performance and provide coaching to team members.
