Salesforce Technical Architect

Overview We are seeking an experienced

Salesforce Technical Architect

to design, build, and deliver scalable solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role will focus on leveraging

Agentforce

and

Einstein AI

to create intelligent, autonomous agents and optimize CRM workflows across

Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce Clouds .

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and high-level solution design for Salesforce implementations

Design and deliver solutions aligned with client business needs across multiple engagements

Architect and implement systems on the

Force.com

platform

Build, deploy, and monitor

AI agents

using Agentforce Activator and pre-built skills

Implement

agentic workflows

for automation and decision‑making

Utilize

Prompt Builder, Prompt Store, and Agent Library

for reusable AI workflows

Implement

RAG , data masking/demasking, and toxicity detection for secure AI operations

Leverage AI‑powered tools for

text‑to‑code, code explanation, test creation, and debugging

Define

development standards, guidelines, and test execution plans

Guide Scrum Masters and Technical Leads on technical dependencies and sequencing

Remain

hands‑on

in solution delivery and implementation

Qualifications

15+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect

Strong background in SOA and system integrations

Experience leading 2–3 architecture/consulting engagements

Multiple end‑to‑end Salesforce implementations

Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development

Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud

Hands‑on experience with: Apex, Triggers, APIs, LWC, Visualforce

Strong knowledge of SOQL & SOSL

Experience with Salesforce integrations, web services, and WSDL

Strong understanding of OOP concepts and MVC architecture

Prior experience in Java or .NET (preferred)

Agile Tools: Jira, Confluence

Certifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) & II (PD2) – Required

Commerce Cloud or Marketing Cloud certifications – Preferred
