Job Description
UX / UI Strategy
Define and execute the UI / UX strategy to drive consumer engagement, conversion, and retention across the digital ecosystem
Partner with VP of eCommerce and SVP of Brand to establish design priorities that align with business goals and global brand standards
User Experience & Design
Own the end-to-end user experience design process for web and mobile storefronts
Conduct user research, competitive analysis, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to inform design decisions
Create scalable design systems and component libraries that ensure consistency across global sites
Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
Execution & Optimization
Oversee front-end development and UI integration, ensuring best practices in accessibility, responsive design, and performance
Track key KPIs (conversion, bounce rates, site speed, customer satisfaction) and translate insights into actionable design improvements
Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration of UI / UX enhancements in Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Align UI / UX deliverables with campaign launches, product releases, and regional eCommerce initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of UI / UX design and front-end development experience.
Proven experience designing and optimizing global eCommerce experiences on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with design systems
Thorough knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and front-end development technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, or similar).
Expertise in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc).
Excellent communication and project management skills with experience in Agile environments.
Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging A / B testing, analytics, and customer feedback to guide design.
Passion for skincare and understanding of the beauty consumer a plus.
Additional skills and abilities include
