Guidewire Technical Lead

Guidewire Technical Lead This is a role for a Guidewire Technical Lead. The Technical Lead will oversee the design, development, and deployment of Guidewire solutions tailored to client needs. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, developing system enhancements, troubleshooting technical challenges, leading a development team, and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Guidewire applications, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter

Proficiency in Java, GOSU, and integration frameworks for customizations and integrations

Experience in software architecture, system design, and configuration of Guidewire applications

Skills in Agile methodologies, project coordination, and team leadership

Familiarity with cloud solutions, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
