Northern Nevada Medical Group (NNMG) is seeking a skilled Per Diem Cardiothoracic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our collaborative surgical team in Reno, NV. This is an ideal opportunity for an NP/PA with first assist certification and endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH) experience who is looking for flexible scheduling and a supportive, high‑performing environment.

Salary:
$85.00 – $115.00 per hour, based on experience and scope of work. UHS and its subsidiaries commit to pay transparency and compliance with all applicable state or local wage disclosure laws.
Minimum/Preferred Requirements
NP/PA with an active Nevada license (or eligibility)
First Assist certification or experience required
Proven experience in Endoscopic Vein Harvesting (EVH)
Strong clinical background in cardiac surgery, CT ICU, or cardiothoracic care
Job Responsibilities/Duties
Provide per‑diem, flexible coverage to support surgical care and patient outcomes.
Assist in cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including endoscopic vein harvesting.
Participate in pre‑operative and post‑operative care, inpatient rounding, and act as first assist in the operating room.
Work within a tight‑knit, team‑oriented environment where APPs are respected and empowered.
