We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Sports, Hotels & Hospitality team in Las Vegas. The role is primarily site‑based with the option to work from the CBRE office or remotely, supporting the delivery of an 8‑phase lounge refurbishment program at Harry Reid Airport (LAS) with Phase 1 due to complete end of January. Proposed improvements include finishes upgrades, new furniture, artwork, décor to restrooms, lounges, F&B spaces and the VIP area.

*This is a hybrid opportunity, mostly onsite.

Responsibilities

Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain to deliver compliant projects.

Analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.

Ensure effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized.

Apply best practice on all projects.

Produce formal project status reports and other reports as required.

Monitor the progress of multiple projects simultaneously to ensure approved design standards are applied correctly.

Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.

Manage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications.

Forecast and update key project milestones.

Manage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteria.

Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.

Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field and during design.

Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance.

Conduct independent reviews of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers.

Client management – assist in developing excellent working relationships with Clients to maximise new opportunities.

Strategic thinking – advise project teams on approaches to successfully achieve both clients’ objectives and business objectives.

Knowledge management – capture key information and learnings generated from each project.

Process improvement – identify ways to improve internal systems and processes.

Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or an applicable degree, and/or equivalent experience.

Experience with airport lounges or hospitality spaces.

Minimum 5‑7 years of relevant project management experience.

Strong organizational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.

Effective presentation and reporting skills.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.

Excellent communication skills.
