Typical Responsibilities
Repairing a Rolex timepiece Servicing a Patek Philippe watch Working on mechanical and quartz timepieces, water resistance testing, and replacing case gaskets or refurbishing mechanical movements Ideal Candidate
Intimate working knowledge of the watch industry and a passion for watches Proficient in technical repair and service on multiple brands according to brand guidelines Enjoys variety, with over 100 watch brands to be fixed at any given time Comfortable working with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and tools such as Witschi, Horotec, Bergeon, Elma, and Roxer Requirements
Motivated, driven, and love to work closely with watches Minimum 2 years of industry experience; must pass bench test (WOSTEP or equivalent preferred) Desire to earn a highly competitive wage (plus overtime potential) Willingness to work in Dayton, Ohio Benefits
