Responsibilities:
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services; supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations; ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage; and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum age 18; prior retail and/or management experience required; able to stand, walk, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours.
