POSITION: WIRE SERVICES SPECIALIST
Position Summary:

A detail‑oriented and reliable Wire Processor is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing wires while maintaining our core values. This role ensures efficient handling of wire transfers, proactively resolves discrepancies, and maintains accountability for all transactions. It requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, including the BSA team, to manage the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) process and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Result Areas
Initiate and verify international and domestic wire transfers for consumer, small business and commercial customers.
Identify and resolve discrepancies working with internal teams to address any issues and ensure a smooth transaction flow.
Maintain a high level of accountability, documenting processes and ensuring all transactions are compliant with internal policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and generate reports as needed, contributing to audits and regulatory reviews.
Manage the OFAC screening process in collaboration with the BSA team, ensuring all wire transactions comply with regulatory requirements and are properly vetted.
Assist with end‑of‑day reconciliation of all incoming and outgoing wire activity.
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently with a very low margin for error.
Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
High school education; additional certifications in banking operations is a plus.
In‑depth knowledge of wire transfer processes and regulatory requirements (BSA, AML, OFAC).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to address discrepancies and errors.
Strong MS skills, particularly Excel, for reconciliation and reporting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external customers.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
Requires flexibility and ability to manage multiple job functions simultaneously under high‑pressure timelines, while adhering to strict deadlines.

Salary Range: $24.92 - $32.40
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Cambridge Savings Bank ranges from $24.92 - $32.40. Cambridge Savings Bank will determine actual compensation for the role based on factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
