$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Role Summary
We are seeking a
Credit Analyst
to evaluate the creditworthiness of Latin American companies for trade finance credit facilities. The role combines financial statement analysis, credit risk assessment, and compliance/documentation review. Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial statements to assess liquidity, leverage, cash flow, and credit risk. Prepare credit memos and recommendations for new and existing credit lines. Review legal and corporate documentation to support credit and compliance requirements. Ensure compliance with KYC/AML policies and internal credit standards. Monitor approved credit exposures and identify risk trends. Partner with Trade Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 2–5+ years of experience in credit analysis, trade finance, or corporate banking. Strong experience with LATAM companies. Solid understanding of financial statements and credit risk. Spanish and English required; Portuguese a plus. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Seniority Level
