Lead end-to-end integration design and delivery for Workday integrations, including requirements gathering and deployment Manage data mapping, transformation, and validation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance Oversee integration lifecycle management, including testing and production hypercare Develop integration playbooks and governance frameworks to standardize efforts Serve as a trusted advisor on Workday integration best practices and collaborate with stakeholders What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience, including Studio and REST/SOAP APIs Strong understanding of Workday data model and business processes across multiple modules 4+ years of experience with complex reports and business process design 3+ years of experience with data transformation and integration error handling Proficient in XML, JSON, and integration debugging techniques How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Workday Integration or Studio certification preferred; Extend certification is a plus Experience leading technical design workshops and managing integration cutover activities Familiarity with developing custom applications that enhance Workday functionality Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and functional stakeholders We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
