Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects or programs.

Experience serving as a Lead Project Manager in multi‑vendor or public‑sector environments.

Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure (networking, datacenter, security, endpoint platforms).

Proven ability to coordinate internal teams and external vendors.

Familiarity with ServiceNow for change management, service coordination, and operational handoff.

Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

Municipal or public‑sector IT project experience.

Experience with phased or multi‑year implementations aligned to budget cycles.

Familiarity with ITIL‑based change and service management practices.
