Front End Service Team Supervisor – Walmart
Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns and refunds, and carry out financial transactions. The role requires standing for long periods of time and being ready to help with customer questions and needs.
Base Pay Range $20.00/hr – $33.00/hr
Hourly wage will at least equal the applicable minimum wage in this location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
