Role Summary
Experiture is an enterprise marketing technology company providing a unified platform for multichannel customer engagement, automation, analytics, and personalization. Our stack powers email, SMS, direct mail, QR‑driven journeys, mobile wallet, landing pages, and advanced campaign orchestration for clients across financial services, automotive, retail, and high‑volume direct mail.
Our engineering organization builds and maintains a large‑scale, cloud‑native platform leveraging modern micro‑frontend architecture, monorepo tooling, and AI‑assisted development practices.
We are expanding our team in Puerto Rico and seeking highly capable engineers who combine strong fundamental programming skills with deep experience using AI coding tools to accelerate development.
Role Overview We are looking for a
Senior Full‑Stack React Engineer
with strong proficiency in
TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Postgres , along with practical experience building modular, scalable applications using
NX monorepos, module federation, and micro‑frontend patterns . This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, work well within modern AI‑enhanced development workflows (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, AI agents), and contribute to building enterprise‑grade systems.
This is a hands‑on engineering role involving feature development, architecture, code reviews, and platform modernization.
Key Responsibilities Front‑End / React
Build and maintain micro‑frontend applications using React, TypeScript, hooks, functional components, and state‑management patterns.
Implement UI components aligned with design systems (Tailwind, Radix UI, ShadCN, etc.).
Work within an Nx monorepo structure, contributing to shared libraries and reusable modules.
Integrate module‑federated applications into a distributed front‑end shell.
Back‑End / Node
Develop Node.js services and backend APIs (REST and RPC‑style patterns).
Implement business logic, integrations, and data‑access layers following structured architectural patterns.
Collaborate with DevOps and Platform Engineering to deploy services in containerized environments.
Write performant SQL queries for Postgres‑based microservices.
Work with schema migrations, indexing, and data modeling.
AI‑Enhanced Development (Critical Requirement)
Expert‑level productivity with tools such as Cursor (Max Mode), GitHub Copilot, Claude Artifacts, ChatGPT tool‑driven workflows.
LLM‑powered refactoring, documentation generation, and rapid prototyping.
Ability to design workflows that integrate AI agents into daily development tasks.
Must demonstrate native programming proficiency; AI use must accelerate, not substitute fundamental engineering capability.
Required Qualifications
4–8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres.
Hands‑on experience with Nx, monorepos, and shared library architecture.
Strong understanding of micro‑frontends and module federation.
Solid backend engineering fundamentals (API design, async patterns, error handling, services architecture).
Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker).
Ability to work autonomously in a distributed, AI‑accelerated development culture.
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and comfort collaborating in an enterprise environment.
Preferred Experience
Prior work with marketing technology, analytics platforms, or high‑volume SaaS.
Experience integrating with third‑party APIs, webhooks, and event‑based systems.
Knowledge of Azure services, Cloudflare, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to Delta Lake, data engineering, or ETL pipelines (not required but valued).
